Outdoor Chimp is an online retailer and review company that offers free shipping on most orders to the U.S, and we also offer free international shipping for most items on our site (international customers will be notified of any extra costs at checkout). We carry snowboards and snowboard boots, bike helmets and bike parts, along with many other sporting goods items such as kayaks, tents, shoes and apparel.

Outdoor Chimp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Outdoor Chimp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and contact info@outdoorchimp.com.
